Role Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, and discharge planners to boost patient admissions and expand our market presence.
- Evaluate market data, penetration metrics, and competitive insights to strategically allocate your efforts towards high-impact accounts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in field Sales, Marketing, or as an Account Executive, ideally within the home health sector. Candidates with a background in hospice, skilled nursing facilities, or infusion pharmacies will also be considered.
- Self-motivated, independent, and competitive. You take ownership of your accounts and are accountable for delivering results.
- Analytical and results-focused. You leverage data to plan your weekly activities, evaluate account health, and prioritize your time effectively.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You have the ability to establish trust with healthcare professionals.
