We are in search of a driven Account Executive who thrives in a results-oriented environment and relishes the autonomy of a full-cycle sales role. You will be responsible for every aspect of the sales process, from generating leads to closing deals. Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing
Maintain a detailed pipeline in Salesforce with accuracy and accountability
Engage in proactive outreach daily through cold calling, personalized emails, video messages, and LinkedIn
Conduct impactful discovery calls and product demonstrations that align customer needs with Hive’s offerings
Demonstrate agility and proactivity in prioritizing tasks and executing with urgency
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to enhance our go-to-market strategies
Provide accurate forecasts and consistently meet or exceed your sales quota
Your Profile:
A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or technology setting
A self-motivated individual who proactively manages your pipeline and outcomes
Results-oriented and competitive, driven by goals and the desire to exceed expectations
An effective communicator who quickly builds trust and engages audiences
Resilient and resourceful, with the ability to overcome challenges
Eager to learn, adaptable, and continuously seeking to improve your skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Bonus: Experience in event marketing, ticketing systems, or email/SMS marketing
Compensation and Benefits:
Uncapped earning potential with a competitive salary structure. Salary range mentioned is between $50,000 to $120,000 annually based on experience and performance.
