Your Role:
As an Account Executive (AE), you will spearhead new business development through proactive prospecting, comprehensive deal and pipeline management, and successful closing strategies. Being part of an early-stage startup, you will thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment characterized by collaboration, tenacity, and continuous improvement.

You will be expected to take initiative in lead generation, rather than waiting for opportunities to arise. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and nurturing to developing and closing new accounts.
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance metrics.
Identify growth opportunities and generate leads through strategic and innovative prospecting methods.
Engage in extensive outreach through cold calls and email campaigns, crafting personalized messages to convert prospects into demonstrations.
Become a subject matter expert on the Coram AI platform and deliver compelling product demonstrations independently.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in a quota-carrying role.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing new accounts independently.
A hunter mentality with the ability to creatively generate leads; prior experience as an SDR is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively communicate product value to clients.
Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo and other sales technologies.
