We are in search of a driven Account Executive who is eager to excel, thrives in independent settings, and is motivated by tangible results. This role is a comprehensive sales position—you will oversee every aspect from lead generation to finalizing sales. Responsibilities include:
Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and initiating outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
Accurately maintain and oversee your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
Conduct daily outbound activities including cold calls, tailored emails, videos, and LinkedIn outreach.
Execute impactful discovery calls and product demonstrations that align customer challenges with Hive’s solutions.
Be proactive and adaptable—effectively prioritize, quickly adjust, and act with urgency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to enhance our go-to-market strategies.
Forecast accurately and consistently achieve or exceed your sales quotas.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
Self-motivated and proactive—take charge of your leads and results.
Competitive and target-oriented—driven by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Effective communicator who fosters trust quickly, whether in person or via Zoom.
Resilient and resourceful—able to navigate challenges and find solutions.
Curious, coachable, with a commitment to continually improving your skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
Experience in event marketing, ticketing, or email/SMS marketing is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Uncapped earning potential with salaries ranging from $50,000 to $120,000.
