We are seeking a passionate and committed Account Executive to help us continue this momentum and bring our transformative solutions to even more school districts.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement effective account strategies to uncover new business opportunities within your designated region.
- Forge and nurture relationships with pivotal decision-makers, including superintendents and educational leaders, while staying informed about industry trends and challenges.
- Identify and analyze customer pain points, effectively problem-solving and strategizing with our solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, consistently exceeding booking and revenue targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate and relevant client information.
- Capitalize on existing accounts as references to drive regional expansion.
- Work collaboratively with product, implementation, and marketing teams to enhance visibility among target accounts and stimulate engagement at both individual and executive levels.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- A collaborative team player who values humility and can set aside personal ego.
- Results-oriented individual with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
- A quick learner adept at absorbing new features, products, and processes.
- A passion for startups, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- A humble attitude, capable of learning from mistakes without making excuses.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas.

The estimated on-target earnings for this position range from $140,000 to $230,000 USD. This range reflects various factors, including your skills, relevant experience, and market conditions.
