As an Account Manager at Kaseya, you will:
Engage proactively with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives. This includes immersing yourself in the client's business, initiating regular communications, identifying challenges early, and proactively offering solutions to enhance the client experience.
Collaborate closely with clients to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, positioning additional features or services to drive revenue growth.
