Assist with daily administrative operations and tasks.
Prepare, edit, and ensure the accuracy of documents, presentations, and reports while adhering to company standards.
Maintain systematic filing systems, both physical and digital, for efficient document retrieval.
Schedule and coordinate project-related meetings, keeping all stakeholders informed of important dates and deliverables.
Draft and revise professional correspondence, including emails and letters as necessary.
Implement and uphold document control procedures to ensure project documents are correctly labeled, stored, and easily accessible to the project team.
Collaborate with project managers and team members on various administrative tasks related to projects.
Compile and organize project documentation, such as contracts, specifications, and drawings, to ensure availability for the team.
Assist with data entry related to project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Generate basic reports and analyses to support project managers in tracking project progress.
