Key Responsibilities:
Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement
- Conduct both inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys, introducing our services and starting meaningful conversations.
- Engage prospects in discussions to assess their needs and interest levels.
- Utilize thoughtful questioning techniques to qualify prospects effectively.
- Skillfully navigate gatekeepers to establish communication with decision-makers.
Appointment Setting
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Ensure prospects are well-prepared for their meetings.
- Maintain transparent communication with prospects regarding scheduling and next steps.
Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
- Execute consistent follow-ups with prospects until a clear decision is made.
- Professionally handle any objections or concerns while keeping prospects engaged.
- Build trust and rapport with potential clients through personalized interactions.
CRM & Lead Management
- Keep organized records of all prospect interactions within our CRM system.
- Monitor outreach activities, lead statuses, and the scheduling of appointments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all lead information and communication history.
