Job Title: Dynamic Appointment Setter

About the Role:
As a key player on our sales team, the Appointment Setter will play an instrumental role in generating qualified meetings with prospects. This position requires proactive engagement with leads through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, confirming their interest and skillfully coordinating calendars between prospects and sales representatives. The Appointment Setter will ensure a steady influx of quality, sales-ready appointments that advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and messaging from lead lists or inbound interest queues.
- Confirm prospect interest and availability prior to scheduling meetings.
- Qualify leads using essential criteria such as industry, role, need, and budget alignment.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Utilize scheduling tools like Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or Google/Outlook calendars to arrange appointments.
- Manage time zone discrepancies to maintain accurate scheduling.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and reschedule as necessary.
CRM & Data Management:
- Document all activities in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Update lead statuses and notes with precise information.
- Ensure records of appointments and outcomes are kept clean and current.
Collaboration:
- Work in close partnership with SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives to synchronize on target prospects.
- Provide comprehensive handoffs that include context on prospect needs.
- Share insights from calls and emails to enhance outreach strategies.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor metrics such as calls made, emails sent, appointments set, and show rates.
- Identify areas for improvement (e.g., low show rates) and suggest enhancements.

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum):
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and navigate time zones effectively.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams in high-volume environments is a significant plus.
