We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Area Manager to oversee the effective operation of our stores in your designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct regular visits to your assigned stores.
Ensure compliance with company policies and propose improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Monitor the correct presentation of merchandise in stores, including merchandising, promotions, and displays.
Coordinate recruitment efforts and recommend promotions within your area.
Set standards and objectives for various stores.
Guide store managers to foster effective collaboration and achieve targets.
Proactively identify and resolve issues by providing innovative and practical solutions.
Encourage and mentor teams within your responsibility.
Maintain systematic communication with management, acting as a liaison between stores and upper management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
