We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to spearhead regional expansion initiatives, meet monthly performance benchmarks, and attract new clientele through well-structured marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development by consistently achieving monthly sales and new customer acquisition goals.
- Identify and engage potential customers and vendor partners to enhance lead generation opportunities.
- Execute assigned sales activities including lead generation, marketing campaigns, referrals, and self-sourced prospects in a timely manner.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition performance, and local market trends.
- Serve as the main liaison between the organization and prospective clients.
- Oversee regional marketing initiatives for the specific center/location.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities at colleges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive databases from diverse sources to support outreach efforts.
- Create and implement monthly, semi-annual, and annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure regional targets align with overall company goals.
- Take accountability for sales performance relative to assigned targets.
- Plan and execute Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities such as distributing leaflets and setting up stalls in colleges, malls, and public spaces.
