Caring Transitions (Twin Cities East & St. Croix WI) is actively seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative to enhance our team. This role focuses on identifying and building new referral channels and generating qualified leads within a designated territory to achieve and surpass sales and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will be self-driven with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong relationships with business partners and clients. The primary objective of this position is to stimulate sales growth, expand market presence, and create new avenues for organizational development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with potential sales leads through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings. Maximize outreach to promote our customizable services and act as the key representative in the sales lead qualification process.
- Account Management: Maintain regular communication with existing accounts and leads to foster brand awareness, provide educational resources, and solicit referrals. Organize in-person meetings and calls with new clients.
- Community Engagement: Actively seek out partnerships within the community. Leverage sales tools including branded materials, social media platforms, sales training, webinars, and participate in live presentations and events.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Proficient in a variety of sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
