Join our team at Hireframe as a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative, where you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and cultivating new business opportunities within the affiliate marketing sector. This position demands a blend of strategic research, acute business acumen, and the ability to effectively engage with key decision-makers to schedule appointments and advance the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to pinpoint potential leads, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate the viability of affiliate marketing opportunities.
- Assess leads based on company size, annual revenue, industry verticals, and existing affiliate frameworks.
- Target high-level decision-makers in eCommerce (CMOs, VPs, Marketing Managers) and arrange meetings for Account Executives to progress the sales journey.
- Utilize CRM platforms (Zoho, Smart Lead) to uphold precise lead records, monitor interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Employ research tools such as Sales Navigator to effectively identify and connect with potential prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless transitions from lead qualification to sales execution.
- Regularly refresh and refine lead lists to maintain their relevance and accuracy based on quarterly data assessments.
- Design and implement outreach strategies that effectively nurture leads and foster engagement.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing, including familiarity with networks, agencies, and publisher operations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with decision-makers and driving sales discussions.
- Proven experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce) and lead management practices.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, able to assess leads based on both empirical data and intuition.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in sales development or business development, preferably within the affiliate marketing or eCommerce domains.
- Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Smart Lead is highly advantageous.
- Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on achieving results.
- Must be based in Mexico
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs, networks, and agencies.
- Capability to analyze and evaluate the compatibility of affiliate programs through both data-driven and intuitive methods.
- Previous experience in or collaborating with marketing agencies that specialize in affiliate marketing.
