As we continue to grow, we are in search of a motivated and disciplined Commercial Sales Representative to help extend our commercial reach across North Florida.
About the Role
This position is ideally suited for a sales professional who thrives in managing a sales pipeline, following up with clients, and successfully closing deals within a structured framework. You will take charge of generating and managing opportunities, conducting client walkthroughs, and preparing proposals in collaboration with our estimating and project teams. Maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM and preparing for weekly KPI and pipeline reviews are essential parts of this role. While this is primarily a closing position with minimal prospecting, effective relationship management and consistent follow-up are critical.
We provide robust operational support, including estimating expertise, project management, and administrative assistance, allowing you to concentrate on executing the sales process and closing deals.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development initiatives across North Florida, focusing on commercial and specialty residential projects.
- Conduct thorough site visits and walkthroughs with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with estimating and project teams to develop comprehensive scopes of work and proposals.
- Present proposals, manage client objections, and successfully close contracts.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM (daily usage required).
- Ensure consistent and professional follow-up and communication with clients.
- Efficiently qualify and disqualify leads to prioritize high-probability opportunities.
- Prepare for and engage in weekly KPI and pipeline review meetings.
- Adhere to established sales and estimating workflows to guarantee accuracy and completeness of proposals.
- Represent the company professionally during walkthroughs, meetings, and industry events.
