The People Division at ProMedia Group is dedicated to providing an extensive range of market-leading digital content and live events tailored for the HR community. In addition to serving general HR professionals, we also create specialized products for sectors such as Recruitment, Employee Benefits, Global Mobility, and Occupational Health & Wellbeing.
We are in search of a proactive and hands-on Events Marketing Executive to spearhead impactful marketing campaigns for our flagship events: Employee Benefits Live (confex), Employee Benefits Awards, RAD Awards, and Personnel Today Awards.
Your role will involve leading the execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and our web platforms, while also providing support to other brands within the People portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, web).
- Plan, compose, construct, and optimize email campaigns (including segmentation, testing, and scheduling).
- Create and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns (PPC included).
- Regularly update and maintain event and community websites using WordPress.
- Design engaging digital and print marketing materials (ads, emails, onsite materials).
- Assist in on-site event delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance attendance, entries, engagement, and revenue.
Your Focus:
- Primary: Drive attendance for confex, awards entries, and overall event participation.
- Secondary: Facilitate sales support, editorial contributions, and data growth across the broader People portfolio, which includes Personnel Today, Employee Benefits, and FEM.
Tools You Will Utilize:
Campaign Master, Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress, Evessio, LinkedIn, Sendible, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Madgex, and various AI tools.
