The Partnerships Team is seeking a talented Field Sales Representative with a background in roofing supply, manufacturing, or related industries, capable of driving Roofr’s partner enablement program for our current and future supplier alliances across North America.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven track record in sales and account management. They will be recognized for their ability to prioritize and execute key partnership enablement strategies, provide product training and onboarding, and cultivate long-term, sustainable relationships that generate new opportunities for Roofr’s revenue team.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and other teams within the partnerships group to strengthen Roofr’s connections within the roofing supply vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing branch relationships and empower their sales representatives to pursue new opportunities within your designated territory.
- Drive partner growth through effective engagement and enablement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding all matters related to Roofr and the products assigned to you.
- Deliver effective product training and onboarding support for new partners.
- Plan, forecast, and achieve monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas.
- Organize and host timely local community events and meetings to boost engagement.
- Provide product updates through in-person or virtual training sessions.
