We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Trainer to work remotely with our client at Weekday. As a Fitness Trainer, you will be instrumental in creating tailored workout plans, conducting high-energy group classes, and leading kettlebell training sessions that deliver results. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of functional fitness principles, excel at motivating diverse groups, and be committed to fostering a safe and results-oriented training environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Design: Create structured fitness programs that cater to individual and group requirements, assess client fitness levels, and adjust training plans to enhance strength, endurance, and mobility.
- Group Classes: Facilitate engaging group fitness sessions for participants of all fitness backgrounds, demonstrate exercises with clarity, and maintain a motivating environment for optimal participation.
- Kettlebell Training: Conduct structured kettlebell workouts emphasizing strength and functional movement, ensuring participants utilize proper techniques throughout.
- Member Engagement: Build supportive relationships with members, educate them on exercise techniques, and provide ongoing motivation and feedback.
