We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team for a seasonal position (6-7 months) in the stunning Syvota, Greece. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability during our peak season.
- Manage and coordinate all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, focusing on seasonal offerings and local trends.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints directly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to support special events and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain effective operation of POS systems.
