POSITION OVERVIEW
We are on the lookout for a passionate Front Office Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working within a diverse team. Our hotel serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including group meals, staff canteen offerings, and we have two meeting rooms located on the first floor. Our ground-floor restaurant accommodates up to 60 guests, collaborating with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord for our menu offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome guests with a friendly and warm demeanor.
Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes in accordance with brand standards.
Maintain accurate guest records, including personal information, payment details, and preferences.
Implement, evaluate, and update reception procedures following hotel policy.
Adhere to hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Address guest complaints professionally and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
A genuine interest in the hospitality industry, with prior experience being a plus.
Proficient in MS Office and Opera systems.
Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is preferred.
