- Uphold a welcoming and cheerful demeanor, even when addressing challenges.
- Manage the check-in and check-out procedures for our esteemed guests, ensuring compliance with standard operational protocols.
- Attend to the requests of in-house guests, documenting feedback according to our operational standards.
- Oversee the precision of guest billing, credit, and financial transactions.
- Guarantee data accuracy across all systems and prepare daily reports for relevant departments in line with operational standards.
- Complete night reception duties accurately and according to established procedures.
- Ensure guests receive the correct rate in accordance with our pricing strategy and website listings.
- Promptly and efficiently answer all incoming telephone calls.
- Monitor guests and their belongings to maintain a secure environment.
- Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate department and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of public and back-of-house areas, addressing deficiencies immediately.
- Collaborate with all hotel teams and external partners to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and presentable at all times.
