Primary Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Consultant (Sales & Marketing Associate), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience. Your genuine passion for helping others will shine as you engage with prospective residents and assist them in finding their ideal home.
- Transform prospects into community tours through proactive follow-ups and by sharing compelling insights about our community and the surrounding area.
- Lead personalized tours of our apartment community that foster excitement and result in new leases.
- Build brand loyalty by consistently delivering an outstanding resident experience.
- Utilize social media to generate interest and elevate community awareness.
- Commit to working three weekends each month to connect with prospective residents during their home search, with two weekdays off.
