As a Marketing Executive reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will be an innovative thinker and a self-motivated professional who drives the future of luxury hospitality. Your expertise in social media platforms and their algorithms will be crucial as you craft tailored content to maximize visibility and engagement. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing our commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Design and execute impactful social media strategies that drive website traffic, elevate brand visibility, and transform followers into dedicated customers.
- Content & Campaign Management: Lead the full life cycle of organic social media campaigns, from strategy formulation and content creation to publishing, testing, and analytics across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Little Red Book.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to establish strategic content calendars and coordinate various food and beverage activations and logistics.
- Brand Understanding & Content Creation: Gain a deep insight into the preferences and interests of Mondrian Singapore Duxton's guests, creating engaging content that resonates while upholding the brand's voice.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Strategically plan, develop, and manage paid social media campaigns that drive conversions, generate leads, and enhance bookings.
- Visual Content Creation: Capture high-quality images and videos of guest experiences, producing captivating content such as reels and stories to showcase the unique offerings of Mondrian Singapore.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with followers through effective and meaningful community management across all platforms.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of social media initiatives, utilizing analytics to refine strategies and assess ROI.
