About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager at Century Communities, Inc., you will collaborate closely with our Corporate Marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing strategies tailored to our communities. This role is pivotal in shaping effective product positioning that drives engagement and sales across our on-site communities.
In this position, you'll lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring that our community offerings resonate with potential buyers.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Executing the annual multi-channel marketing plan, along with budget management and adherence to the execution schedule.
- Crafting detailed creative briefs for the corporate marketing team to produce impactful marketing materials that support community sales efforts.
- Overseeing marketing collateral requests from our on-site sales teams to ensure they have the tools needed for success.
- Managing signage requests and coordinating with vendors for effective on-site and off-site community signage.
- Collaborating with stakeholders on strategies for division-specific social media posts and managing public interactions.
- Executing targeted email campaigns using LassoCRM and MailChimp, alongside list management duties.
- Developing promotional landing pages and maintaining the division's web presence on CenturyCommunities.com, including managing inventory, adding new communities, and crafting compelling community descriptions.
- Partnering with Corporate Marketing to develop community-specific marketing strategies and ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met.
- Enhancing our online visibility on Google in collaboration with our in-house digital marketing team.
- Analyzing campaign data to ensure our media initiatives meet set objectives.
- Conducting weekly site visits to assess ongoing campaigns and brainstorm new marketing ideas, including evaluating the condition of signage and sales offices.
- Generating engagement ideas with Realtor contacts and fostering relationships with new broker offices.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of special events, such as community grand openings and Realtor gatherings.
- Coordinating photography for new communities and product lines to be featured in marketing materials.
- Performing market research to monitor competitive activity for both new and established communities.
- Participating in industry-specific events and expos to enhance brand awareness.
