Your Responsibilities
Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans in accordance with the approved budget and guidelines, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative outcomes of marketing activities reflecting their impact on the business.
Conduct competitor analysis regarding communication, pricing, packaging, and planning.
Engage in regular discussions with the Marketing Manager and Sales teams to assess market needs.
Develop marketing campaigns based on data from the CRM department, coordinating digital and social media strategies, advertising, and direct marketing efforts.
Collaborate on PR activities, events, sponsorships, and product placements.
Ensure all marketing communications are brand-compliant and approved by the regional Sales Manager and Marketing Manager across both digital and traditional platforms.
Work with the CRM manager to enhance customer data collection and analysis.
