Join our innovative team at Vatica Health as a Marketing Specialist, a pivotal role focused on crafting and sustaining impactful market narratives that drive brand awareness and measurable business growth. You will be instrumental in developing engaging growth narratives and converting these stories into effective sales materials that empower our revenue teams to connect with health plans and provider organizations seamlessly.
This position collaborates closely with Growth, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership to translate our value proposition into clear, authentic, and compelling sales narratives. The role operates remotely and reports to the EVP of Commercial Operations.
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Design and develop compelling sales narratives and pitch materials that effectively convey market insights, product capabilities, competitive advantages, and proven success into clear value propositions.
- Work collaboratively with Growth, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify buyer pain points, objections, and decision-making drivers, transforming these insights into persuasive sales narratives.
- Stay informed about product offerings, customer outcomes, and the competitive landscape to continually enhance messaging effectiveness.
- Create structured, repeatable messaging frameworks that can be consistently applied across sales conversations and partnership discussions.
- Translate core messaging into executive-ready presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and collateral that facilitate engagement across various stakeholder levels.
- Simplify complex clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory concepts into clear, visually appealing, and professional materials for Commercial teams.
- Develop meaningful visuals, including infographics and diagrams, that demystify healthcare delivery, value-based care, risk adjustment, and quality performance models.
- Ensure all messaging adheres to healthcare compliance standards, regulatory considerations, and maintains brand integrity.
- Support the training and adoption of key content and messaging frameworks within Growth and Customer Success teams.
- Monitor the usage and performance of sales materials, actively seeking feedback and recommending improvements to enhance the sales content portfolio.
