Your Role:
Ensure the efficient daily operation of our Warsaw office,
Maintain an organized, stocked, and well-kept workspace,
Coordinate courier services and manage incoming and outgoing shipments,
Handle phone communication, correspondence, and invoices,
Support office meetings and occasionally greet clients,
Assist clients in preparing CVs,
Collaborate closely with the local Team Leader.
