City Wide Facility Solutions - Central Maryland is on the lookout for a motivated Sales Executive to join our thriving Sales Team! As a Sales Executive, your main focus will be on developing new business in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. You will oversee the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. Collaborating closely with account managers and your sales team, you will build and maintain fruitful business relationships with clients. If you perform well, you can expect to earn over $120,000 in your first year, including base salary and commissions!
This position covers Harford County, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Howard County, Baltimore City, and Anne Arundel Counties.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients.
- Starting the sales process by scheduling meetings, understanding client needs, and delivering initial presentations.
- Closing sales by establishing rapport with prospective clients, demonstrating our service offerings, addressing concerns, and preparing contracts.
- Conducting a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week.
- Utilizing and managing your customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep all client information organized.
- Maintaining your Hot 25 list in the CRM.
- Creating a positive work environment through effective communication and cooperation with clients, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
