Join ASCO Equipment as a Rental Coordinator in our vibrant Abilene, Texas Rental Department. As a Rental Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring their equipment needs are met efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills and an ambitious, self-starting attitude to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include writing rental contracts, managing logistics for equipment, and providing essential sales support to the Rental Department and our Rental Outside Sales Representatives. The focus of this role is to retain our existing customer base while actively seeking new clients to foster continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Greet customers (both walk-in and call-in) with warmth and professionalism.
- Process rental quotes, reservations, and contracts utilizing the company’s operating systems.
- Collaborate with managers and sales teams to address and fulfill customer requirements.
- Engage in product presentations at clinics, open houses, and sponsored events.
- Effectively resolve customer issues with satisfactory solutions.
- Comply with all safety protocols and complete required safety training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Represent ASCO Equipment positively and professionally at all times.
