Daily Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard top Team Members and Shift Supervisors, ensuring a capable and well-prepared team.
- Design and implement a thorough training program, mentoring Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Team Member Trainers while overseeing training initiatives.
- Regularly acknowledge and reward exceptional Team Member contributions, promoting a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Address and resolve conflicts swiftly to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Engage directly with customers, promptly addressing any issues to ensure their satisfaction.
- Strategically manage staff schedules to enhance customer service, guide management on KFC brand standards, and lead product rollout meetings for successful implementation.
- Evaluate the restaurant's financial performance, manage budgets, and devise strategies to enhance profitability while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Stay informed about competitors and strive to surpass their benchmarks across all facets, including digital engagement and loyalty programs.
Are You the Right Fit?
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant or retail management with a solid track record in people management.
- Proven capability to drive performance improvements through P&L analysis.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
- Outstanding communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal channels.
- Strong grasp of restaurant maintenance protocols.
- Passionate about KFC's culture and values, emphasizing equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Expert in recognizing talent and motivating teams, with a successful history in professional development.
- Skilled in recruiting top talent and training employees of varying performance levels.
