Essential Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Strong relationship-building abilities; clients prefer to work with knowledgeable and personable individuals. Effective problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer suitable solutions. Time management skills to balance business growth and personal enjoyment. Self-motivated and proactive; a desire to excel.
