Your Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing a high-impact, performance-oriented sales culture and team.
- Conducting daily huddles, structured sales meetings, and individualized coaching sessions.
- Demonstrating and refining presentation, discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Guaranteeing a 5-star experience for every customer.
- Onboarding and training new employees to shorten their ramp-up period.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and instigating positive changes.
- Holding team members accountable to established standards and results.

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
