Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Manage existing accounts, conduct wine tastings, secure orders, and develop new accounts through effective planning and organization of daily schedules.Build and maintain relationships with store managers, restaurant owners, and other key personnel.Regularly visit customers to maximize face-to-face interactions.Ensure 100% distribution and fulfill administrative responsibilities for the designated territory.Achieve 100% shelf distribution of all authorized products within each chain.Engage in 25 appointments/selling situations each week.Facilitate the introduction of new item distributions and DSD items.Rotate vintages, restock shelves, create displays, and uphold our company’s standards for cleanliness.Submit travel and entertainment expense reports by month-end.Complete daily and weekly pre-plans, recaps, and distribution reports.Follow the ten steps for a successful sales call.Participate in weekly team meetings, engage in role-play presentations, and evaluate display and case goals against actual performance.Maintain accessibility through a company-provided cell phone during working hours.Additional responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor.Commit to personal development as a wine business professional and enhance valuable sales and business acumen skills.
