We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Store Manager to spearhead retail operations and boost sales performance in a high-value retail setting, ideally within the jewelry industry. This position demands exceptional leadership skills, robust commercial insight, and a thorough understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics. In your capacity as Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, provide outstanding customer experiences, and meet ambitious sales objectives. Your role will also involve inspiring store teams, upholding exemplary visual merchandising standards, and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the store's profitability. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail management, a strong aptitude for sales, and a commitment to fostering a customer-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations to ensure efficient store function
- Uphold high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
- Devise and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and take corrective actions as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer inquiries
- Coordinate with order management and repair teams to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts in accordance with guidelines
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to enhance performance and accountability
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and performance reviews for team members
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably within the jewelry sector
- In-depth knowledge of jewelry market trends and consumer buying behaviors
- Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales goals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting sales data for improvement
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and commercial awareness
