Your Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagements, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely billing and collections.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, signing off on tax returns.
- Lead, train, and develop team members, enhancing their effectiveness through detailed reviews and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate and maximize team workload for optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the Tax department and engage in business development initiatives.
- Stay updated on tax law changes and regulatory developments that impact our services.
- Provide specialized leadership in your area of expertise, participating in tax committees.
- Complete additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
- Active CPA or EA certification with a minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience.
- Proven experience in workflow management for tax preparation.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and professional standards.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
