Instructional Delivery and Assessment:
Create comprehensive, Oklahoma standards-aligned unit and lesson plans tailored to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Utilize assessment data to adjust both short-term and long-term instructional strategies, enhancing the academic performance of every scholar.
Actively seek and incorporate feedback as part of a commitment to professional growth and ongoing improvement.
Standard teacher hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with early dismissal on Friday afternoons for all-school professional development. Classes commence at 7:45 AM.
Academic and Cultural Support:
Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a culture of critical thinking and academic excellence.
Build and sustain relationships with students and their families based on mutual respect and trust.
Engage in school-wide responsibilities including morning, lunch, and afternoon supervisory duties.
Attend essential school events, including staff meetings, open houses, back-to-school nights, parent orientations, and parent-teacher conferences.
Design individualized learning plans for students and discuss these plans with families during meetings and conferences.
Fulfill professional responsibilities by being punctual and consistently meeting deadlines.
