Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will extract actionable insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data, driving both strategic and tactical decisions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and technology, you will play a crucial role in translating data into impactful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand business processes to define use cases and user stories for applications.
- Create highly available business reports and dashboards utilizing tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Report directly to the Platform owner while collaborating with various business units and IT teams.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements, mapping them to data sources and warehouses, and execute data queries using appropriate tools.
- Engage with internal stakeholders including business, engineering, and partner teams to align on focus areas.
- Lead analytical projects with a strong understanding of relevant methods.
