Key Responsibilities
Storefront Ownership & Management
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of our Shopify store, from inception to ongoing management.
- Ensure optimal site functionality, user experience, and performance standards.
- Facilitate a seamless shopping experience for customers across all platforms.
Site Merchandising & Product Listings
- Develop and enhance product listings including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Manage product collections and categories while implementing effective merchandising strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and visually appealing presentations.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Evaluate user interactions to pinpoint conversion improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement A/B tests to enhance site performance.
- Refine landing pages, product pages, and the checkout process for maximum efficiency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor essential KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, revenue, and bounce rates.
- Produce regular reports with actionable insights to drive growth.
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
Growth & Strategy
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to synchronize campaigns with site enhancements.
- Identify avenues to boost revenue and enhance customer loyalty.
- Engage in continuous testing, learning, and refining of strategies.
