As an E-commerce Marketing Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to nurture and manage relationships with your assigned clients while driving effective marketing strategies that boost conversions and sales. You will plan, brief, monitor, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
Your role will involve overseeing the client-agency relationship, developing marketing strategies, managing client communications, and writing detailed client reports. You will ensure that your team has all necessary information to create, design, and execute marketing campaigns that align with your clients' revenue goals.
The Account Manager will work closely with the Head of Account Managers, Account Managers’ Leads, and the Service Director, while collaborating across departments to achieve optimal results.
About the Role:
Your mission is to maintain robust relationships with your assigned clients and ensure our services deliver tangible results. This includes generating innovative marketing campaign ideas, monitoring campaign performance, and fostering open, productive communication.
You will lead a dedicated team of Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to guarantee the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, which entails outlining campaign calendars, briefing new initiatives, delegating tasks, and ensuring timely delivery.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the execution and performance of marketing campaigns for your assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure open communication and trust.
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies, including email and SMS campaigns, pop-ups, and flows, managing approximately 40 unique campaigns monthly.
- Ensure client needs and expectations are met effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to respond swiftly to client requests.
- Work harmoniously with a team of experienced marketing professionals to achieve outstanding results.
