Job Overview:
We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Manager who will take charge of optimizing the digital customer experience across our e-commerce platform. This pivotal role unites product, engineering, marketing, and merchandising, with the goal of driving revenue growth, boosting conversion rates, and enhancing customer satisfaction through ongoing experimentation and product innovation.
You will spearhead agile product initiatives, outline the product roadmap, and implement scalable solutions to enrich the entire customer journey across both web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Own and implement the e-commerce product roadmap aligned with business objectives and revenue goals
- Lead agile product management practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Determine and prioritize product features based on data insights, customer feedback, and stakeholder input
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and merchandising teams to create impactful digital experiences
- Enhance conversion rates across key stages of the customer journey, including homepage, product detail page (PDP), cart, and checkout
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to elevate performance indicators
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, or Amplitude to analyze customer behavior
- Identify areas for improvement in site speed, usability, personalization, and mobile experience
- Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, revenue per visit, average order value, and customer retention
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging e-commerce technologies
