Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of developmental milestones in infants and toddlers.
Employ a parent coaching methodology when collaborating with families to enhance child development.
Engage in screenings, assessments, child and parent group sessions, center and home visits as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Deliver in-home services to families within the designated catchment area.
Coordinate with community services to maintain a seamless delivery of support for families, including partnerships with childcare, medical, social service, and specialty providers addressing children’s needs such as autism or visual/auditory impairments.
Oversee service coordination for assigned families, including the development, monitoring, and evaluation of Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
