Social Work: A Master’s Degree in Social Work with current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).Mental Health: A Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or Educational Psychology OR current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or license eligibility for LMHC or LMFT.Preferred: Two (2) years of pediatric experience.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.Capable of utilizing computer-based technology, including computers/laptops and smartphones.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all facets of infant and toddler development.
Implement a parent coaching model while engaging with families.
Participate actively in screenings, assessments, child and parent groups, as well as center and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
Deliver home-based services to families within the designated catchment area.
Work collaboratively with community service providers to ensure seamless service continuity for families, including childcare, medical, social services, and specialized providers for children with autism or sensory impairments.
Oversee service coordination for an assigned caseload, including the development, monitoring, and review of Individual Family Service Plans.
