Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.- Proficiency in Creo/Pro/E for 3D modeling and 2D drawing is essential.- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes including plastic and aluminum molding, machining, and assembly is preferred.- Strong command of English is necessary.- Previous mechanical design experience is advantageous.- Ability to learn independently and derive functional groups through physical models is highly valued.- Excellent communication, coordination, and tracking skills are essential.- Previous experience with EBS components such as braking modules, magnetic valves, relay valves, dynamic sealing, and materials like plastic/aluminum is a plus.

Join our innovative team as an EBS (Electronic Braking System) Design Engineer at Bosch. You will be instrumental in designing cutting-edge products that meet function and reliability standards.
- Your role will involve developing comprehensive design solutions, including preparing Bills of Materials (BOM), technical drawings, 3D models, and conducting Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) for technical validation.
- You will also support industrialization processes, supply chain evaluations, and statistical process capability assessments (cmk/cpk).
- In addition, you will provide critical support to manufacturing for enhancing First Pass Yield (FPY) and resolving production issues while contributing to cost reduction initiatives.
- Effective technical communication and coordination with project managers, purchasing teams, and manufacturing staff will be essential to your success.
