As a dedicated full-time Category Lead, you will take ownership of driving performance for a specific product category across our e-commerce platforms. Your main objective will be to maximize sales, guarantee product availability, and provide a competitive, seamless customer experience. By utilizing data insights, monitoring market trends, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, you will optimize pricing, product assortment, and visibility while enhancing the overall customer journey. Continuous improvement of category performance through a balance of commercial objectives and operational excellence is expected, ultimately delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the onboarding and item setup process to ensure products are available for sale.
- Implement customer attraction strategies to facilitate easy product browsing.
- Enhance navigation experience by managing product attributes and taxonomy.
- Engage customers with compelling messaging and visual merchandising.
- Manage item and category pages, including product imagery, reviews, and content.
- Optimize pricing strategies to provide competitive offers for B.TECH customers.
- Initiate product promotions and conduct competitor benchmarking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Create a cohesive experience between online shopping and physical products.
