Role Overview
As a Product Manager, you will lead the ecommerce experience and customer journey for The Framery. Your proficiency in creating user-friendly websites, UX design, user testing, and data-driven product development will be crucial for our success. You will collaborate with marketing, design, customer service, and engineering teams to craft engaging user experiences that simplify the eyewear purchasing process online.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the product roadmap to drive business results and meet key performance indicators, particularly focusing on conversion rates.
- Conduct discovery and validation sessions with customers and end users to ensure our solutions effectively address real-world challenges and yield meaningful outcomes.
- Deeply understand customer needs and advocate for them throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead an agile software development team and collaborate cross-functionally to transition ideas from conception to launch.
- Work with other product managers and development teams to comprehend the interaction between The Framery's storefront and its supporting back-end systems.
- Establish and monitor product metrics, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to refine and enhance our offerings.
- Engage with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop new capabilities that can drive growth for The Framery.
- Become adept at analyzing and leveraging customer data to create intuitive and compelling experiences that maximize conversions for our target demographic.
