Join our dynamic team at GrowthPair as an eCommerce Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence through effective management of our Shopify store and Amazon marketplace. Your expertise will ensure that our digital storefronts operate seamlessly, with products accurately displayed and advertising efforts finely tuned to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of our Shopify store, including product uploads, curated collections, and content updates to enhance user experience.
- Manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central account, focusing on product listings, inventory synchronization, pricing strategies, and A+ Content.
- Develop, monitor, and refine Amazon PPC campaigns (including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display) to achieve optimal Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and oversee bid management for Amazon advertising, providing detailed performance reports on ad expenditure and revenue generation.
- Maintain the merchandising calendar to ensure timely product launches and seasonal updates.
- Coordinate comprehensive eCommerce reporting, analyzing product performance, conversion rates, and sell-through metrics.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting site issues, collaborating with developers as necessary.
- Manage all aspects of product data entry and content management, including descriptions, pricing, imagery, tags, filters, and inventory synchronization.
- Enhance collection pages and Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for improved conversion rates and SEO performance.
- Support promotional activities, including the setup of discount codes and campaigns on the website.
- Assist with quality assurance testing across various devices prior to launches or updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce or digital operations, with a strong preference for hands-on Shopify experience.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven individual comfortable working with backend platforms such as Shopify and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports).
- Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, inventory management, reporting, and A+ Content creation.
- Demonstrated success in managing Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and optimizing advertising spend for maximum ROAS.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising and keyword research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage timelines effectively.
- Willingness to work during U.S. business hours (PT/ET).
