- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive personalization roadmap, leveraging insights, market trends, and findings from testing.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of our personalization strategies.
- Convert experimental insights into practical recommendations and identify future opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics teams to refine data models that enhance personalization efforts.
- Optimize third-party tools to maximize business impact while managing day-to-day relationships.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the customer journey and emerging data patterns to uncover pain points, significant shifts, and personalization opportunities.
- Create, implement, and fine-tune on-site recommendation strategies, ensuring accurate setups within optimization tools and ongoing performance evaluation.
- Assist in the deployment and management of personalization tools and technologies to boost customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop tailored on-site content for users based on their behavior and preferences.
- Utilize data to segment customers according to behavior, preferences, and demographics, enhancing the effectiveness of our personalization strategies.
