Our commitment to Artificial Intelligence is deeply embedded in our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive assessments of current cloud infrastructure practices, team capabilities, and delivery constraints within a globally distributed setup.Develop the operating model for the Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), outlining ownership boundaries, responsibilities, and escalation paths between central platform and product engineering teams.Establish a comprehensive standards framework for AWS account structures, multi-region strategies, security protocols, resilience, and scalability.Design exception and checkpoint processes that foster innovation while avoiding bottlenecks.Create transition roadmaps and enablement strategies aimed at reducing product team reliance on the central Cloud team.Collaborate with security architects to integrate security guidelines and IAM governance within the CoE framework.Offer strategic guidance and manage relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.Qualifications- Proficiency in English for regular communication with clients (please submit your resume in English).Demonstrated expertise in cloud strategy, architecture, or platform engineering, with an emphasis on operating model design and organizational transformation.Extensive knowledge of AWS enterprise architecture, including multi-account strategies, AWS Transit Gateway, IAM management, and governance frameworks.Experience in designing Cloud Centers of Excellence or executing platform engineering transformations within complex organizations.Strong grasp of modern platform engineering principles such as self-service patterns, golden paths, internal developer platforms, and team topologies.Ability to define standards frameworks across security baselines, networking models, IAM governance, and CI/CD practices.Strategic mindset capable of balancing standardization, autonomy, and innovation across diverse engineering teams.Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS) multi-tenancy, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and cloud-native architectures.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams and executive levels.Experience collaborating with distributed, international teams in dynamic environments.Capable of functioning at both strategic (framework design) and tactical (standards documentation) levels.Preferred QualificationsExperience with GitHub Actions, OIDC-based authentication patterns, and modern GitOps workflows.Understanding of DNS management...
