Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance in identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing electronically stored information (ESI) for civil and criminal litigation, select FOIA requests, Congressional inquiries, and other legal matters.
- Deliver specialized support for criminal discovery, ensuring the effective management of ESI.
- Serve as the primary technical expert for electronic discovery applications, including Enterprise Vault, Discovery Accelerator, Legal Hold Management Tool (LHMT), and the Veritas eDiscovery Platform.
- Collaborate with the litigation team to develop comprehensive discovery plans that outline electronic discovery search parameters, including date ranges, keywords, and custodians for specific cases.
