Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate logs of productions in the Agency's eDiscovery Tracking System.
- Summarize lengthy cover letters and assess their relevance for loading into Relativity.
- Communicate with the producing party to obtain passwords for encrypted media.
- Conduct virus scans using various protection software to ensure data integrity.
- Follow established protocols for handling diverse document types, including whistleblower and financial privacy act materials.
- Analyze incoming productions for completeness and readiness for processing.
- Monitor incoming productions via email and Agency's FTP site.
- Coordinate off-site scanning for large volumes of paper documents.
