This role requires a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility is to assemble electrical and electronic components on printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and various electrical assemblies or sub-assemblies. Attention to detail and timely completion of tasks are critical, with 10% of the role involving box build-up, necessitating proficiency in reading technical drawings and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize wiring diagrams to accurately layout and secure wires.
- Strip wires and cut heat shrink tubing as per specifications.
- Attach terminals and cover wires for protection.
- Use a heat gun to shrink tubing securely.
- Interlace multiple wires and evaluate connectors for quality.
- Seal and crimp wires, ensuring proper terminal attachment.
- Connect wires to male and female housings, and properly attach connectors.
